I followed the anti-inflammatory meal plan fairly closely and did most of the workouts. I loved the variety of the workouts and the inclusion of meditation and yoga was great as I would normally skip those workouts for something more intense. 

 

The recipes themselves are very tasty! I never had polenta before and my husband even likes it! The curry is pretty prep intensive but very tasty and lasts a few days. The app was very handy for tracking all the things. I liked that the workouts were listed but we could move them. I can do plyo better at the gym and was able to move it to Wednesday. The dashboard is great in that you can visualize your base metabolic rate as well as adjustments for food and exercise. 

 

As you can see from the pic, it was a super successful month! My husband actually lost more weight than me based solely on the meal plan. Thank you for a great month!

I did the Toned in 30 challenge. I certainly lost the gut and got more definition in the stomach area. 

I probably could've done better as I had to skip a few days when the kids got sick and stuff like that. 

Still, I really enjoyed it.  It gave me a nice break from the routine and helped build a bit of confidence.  Very surprised how short a time can bring change.

After the birth of my 3rd child, sleep went out the window. My weight went from 175 to 210lbs. I kept making excuses about starting to exercise tomorrow, or when she got a little older and I got more sleep. The 30-day challenge really got me back on track. I only missed one workout.

The best thing about the 30-day challenge was setting a goal and building a new positive habit. If I’m all honesty my favorite workout was stretch and the myofascial release followed by the yoga. I had to modify the other workouts due to knee and lower back injuries. I did however drop from 210lbs to 200lbs.
